For best flavor, our soft cheese should be eaten within three days of purchase.
Hard cheese is best eaten within 3 months of purchase. To store, keep refrigerated in original wrapping until opened. After opening, re-wrap the cheese tightly in a moisture proof wrap, or place in an airtight container.
First, you will want to remove the ends. Next, cut a straight and shallow slit down the length of the sausage. Peel back the edges of the casing to where you will be slicing. Your sausage is now ready to be sliced and served! We recommend serving at room temperature for best flavor.
All of our dry cured products are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration until opening. When refrigerated, they will last between 6-9 months. One exception is Coppa, which has a shelf life between 3-6 months and should be kept refrigerated at all times.
